& information
Welcome
Below you will find information on all the collections I offer as well as some additional information about what to expect from a family photo session with me. If you have any additional questions after reviewing this page, please don’t hesitate to reach out to me!

“Very natural and engaging, we had a lot of fun as a family”

To reserve your session
To reserve the time and date for your session, you’ll fill out some short paperwork and pay a Session Fee of $300. This is all online in my convenient client portal. The system will walk you through the whole thing, so it really couldn’t be easier! The Session Fee covers my preparations for your session, but does not include digital images or physical products. That’s where my collections come in! But don’t worry, you don’t need to choose a collection until after you’ve had a chance to view the final images.
Loved our session
My collections
Each of my collections include a pre-shoot consultation call, prep guide, and an online gallery to view your images. Additionally, any digital images you receive through your package include a print release, so you have the option to print your images whenever and wherever you’d like. That being said, it’s so important to me you have something tangible from your session, so that’s why I include a substantial artwork credit in all my collections. The artwork credit can be used on anything in my gallery store. I’ve tried hard to include a large variety of beautifully crafted pieces in my store to ensure that everything I offer will not only look lovely in your home, but will also be made to last.

What to expect
First, take a breath and relax! I like to make my sessions light, fun, and natural. Expect minimal posing, but some prompting and guidance to achieve those authentic reactions and connections. My family sessions feature love, connection, laughter, and play!
01
Before your session
I try to do my absolute best to make sure all my families feel fully prepared going into their photo session. Right after you book a session with me, I’ll send you a questionnaire in your client portal that helps me get to know everyone better. I also send a link to my prep guide, my outfit inspiration guide, and some helpful blog posts in case you get stuck.
A few days before your scheduled session, I’ll check in to be sure we’re still good to go and answer any last questions you might have.
02
The session itself
The session itself should be fun for everyone! Please do let me know if there is a specific shot you are looking for. I may not be able to accommodate every request, but I can certainly try! But overall, I aim to capture a good variety of images to choose from.
03
After your session
After your session, you can sit back and relax while I prepare your images. I usually post a sneak peak to social within a few days, but I’ll be sure to let you know when I do! I also like to send out a video walkthrough of my gallery site as well as a guide to all the products I offer at that time. You can look through those whenever you’d like, but many clients like to have an idea of what they’ll use their artwork credit on ahead of time.
Within just a couple of weeks of your session, your gallery will be ready! I will present your fully edited images (usually around 50 for a full session) set to music in a slideshow. Please note that your slideshow will only be available to view for 24 hours after you click the link to open it. Once you’ve had the chance to view the slideshow, you can decide which of my three collections you’d like to purchase.
Purchasing the collection of your choice is super easy – all online in the same location as the slideshow. After that, your gallery will be open to you for a full month. During that time you’ll be able to select and download your images as well as spend your artwork credit however you’d like!
My sessions typically take 60-90 minutes, but I do stay flexible in case we need to take a break for any reason.
I like to schedule my sessions outdoors and about one hour before sunset, because it's the time of day that gives us that beautiful golden light.
If you have a particular date or holiday by which you need prints or gifts (Mother's Day, Father's Day, Hanukkah, Christmas, etc.) be sure to book a date at least one month in advance of that date to ensure significant processing and printing time.

What if we have a wardrobe malfuction or a child meltdown?
First, don’t worry! I always make sure to allow time for breaks, so we definitely have time to deal with anything unexpected that may arise.
What if the weather doesn't cooperate?
I absolutely can and reschedule sessions for inclement weather, but I’m also happy to use your home or another indoor location if sticking to the schedule is a priority.
A final reminder!
I don’t ever want you to feel lost or confused during any of this, so if you ever do, just give me a call, send me an email or a text, whatever! I’m here to help!
